![]() ![]() Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. I absolutely despise the entertainment system. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Again, my wife and I thank you Judy, Joseph and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience.īought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. This group and loctaion should be emulated by all in this profession. The owners of Planet Subaru, should be proud to have such a wonderful group of professionals. I can't say enough at how easy and pleasant this experience was. My daughter will be driving soon, and there is no doubt in my mind, where we will be buying her car from. In addittion to Judy and Joseph, the entire staff was/ are friendly and welcoming. I have never seen nor dealt with such professionals, when it comes to buying a car. Judy and Joseph went beyond the call of duty to get my wife and I the car that we wanted with the best rate possible. I did buy the vehicle and I can HONESTLY say that it was the best experience that I EVER had with buying a vehicle. There was absolutey no pressure to buy the vehicle. From the time that I walked in to just see the vehicle, I was treated as if I was family. ![]() Judy set up an appointment for me to see and test drive the vehicle. Long story short, I called and was connected to Judy. My better half sent me a link to check out a particular car at Planet Subaru. I have been looking for a vehicle for about a month and a half. ![]()
